Borders Books of Valencia, California has just announced that The Sleepy Little Star has been selected as one of the books that will be represented in their upcoming Children's Book Fairs.
Additionally, The The Sleepy Little Star has been chosen as on of the books to be spotlighted in Borders Book Talk, a monthly presentation to teachers and librarians.
"I love the soothing overtones of the whole story," commented Jane Raleigh, Corporate Sales Representative for Borders Books in Valencia. "The unique way of integrating a poem, making it two stories in one might encourage children to take their stories and put them into poetry form as well."
The Sleepy Little Star is the recipient of the Pinnacle Book Achievement Award for Children's Literature and has received rave reviews and celebrity endorsements. A coordinating Sleepy nightlight is also available "for the glow that lasts long after the story's been read."
Book Summary:
